POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述
This position is responsible for supporting SVP to deal with all business meeting, reports, and administrative arrangements. He/She is the key contact window for all stakeholders internally to ensure on time and professional transactions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責描述
? Coordinate SVP's work schedule, including meetings, business travels, business activities, etc., and assist in handling various affairs.
? Support SVP in participating in external liaison activities and maintain external public relations.
? Drive, execute, and monitor tasks assigned by SVP.
? Take and manage meeting minutes for high-level management meetings.
? Coordinate work among Mechatronics divisions globally, follow up progress on key projects and provide timely feedback.
? Collect automotive industry information for the SVP’s decision-making.
? Prepare PPTs and other reports if needed.
? Complete other tasks on an ad-hoc basis
QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求
? Bachelor's degree and above, proficient in English.
? More than 3 years’ work experiences in the same position in manufacturing industry, experience in automotive industry is preferred.
? Demonstrate proficiency in using office and data-analysis software such as PPT and Power BI, being able to create high quality presentation decks and conduct in-depth data mining and visualization, capable of utilizing AI tools to improve work efficiency.
? Have Basic knowledge of automotive products, processes, finance, and sales is preferred.
? Have strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, and can well prioritize achievement, adapts and thrives in volatile, ambiguous and changing environment.
? Ability to travel on short notice.
